Oat Straw: Is a sedative, and favorite for supporting the nervous system. It is highly valued for its ability to restore balance and a sense of calm in weak and/or stressed out individuals.

  • Preparation: Add 1 heaped teaspoon per person to a cup or teapot. Allow to steep for 3 to 7 minutes for desired strength. Serve without milk, hot or chilled. Try it with honey or lemon for a different flavour hit.
