Epsom salts: Detoxifying, soothes sore muscles, reduces stress and inflamation.
Bi-carbonate soda: A natural exfoliant and skin softener
Wild Orange: Energizing, uplifting and invigorating
Tangerine: Antidepressant, restorative, and calming
Peppermint: Energizing, refreshing and invigorating
Spearmint: Stimulant, energizing, and invigorating
Scoop 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the soak in the bath while the water is running.
