Made with Rooibos so you can enjoy a spicy chai without the caffeine. This tea packs an aromatic punch.
 
Rooibos: A caffeine free red tea  high in antioxidants
Ginger: Helps support digestive issues and ease nausea
Orange: Loaded with Vitamin C, it is also very uplifting to the mind
Cardamom: Assists in promoting appetite or aiding in digestion. Also a carminative
Star Anise: It can have a calming and soothing effect on the body. Also assists in relieving gut issues and the common cold
Cinnamon: An anti inflammatory and antiviral. It's very warming and grounding to the body
All Spice: As a carminative, this can help support your gut with digestion
Peppercorn: An expectorant and also a carminative. 
Cloves: High in antioxidants, cloves can aid digestion and assist in calming your stomach

  • Preparation: Add 1 heaped teaspoon per person to a cup or teapot. Allow to steep for 3 to 7 minutes for desired strength. Serve without milk, hot or chilled. Try it with honey or lemon for a different flavour hit.
