So refreshing is this beautiful tea, that it’s an epic one to have iced over Summer.
Peppermint, Hibiscus and Ginger makes it super refreshing, while the flowers give it a gentle sweetness.
 
Peppermint: An effective digestive and calming to the stomach
Hibiscus: Antidepressant properties and aids digestion
Lemon Balm: Has been used since the Middle Ages to calm and relax the nerves
Pink Rose Petals: To soothe emotions and balance the mind
Ginger: Helps support digestive issues and ease nausea
Lavender: For its ability to relieve nervous exhaustion

  • Preparation: Add 1 heaped teaspoon per person to a cup or teapot. Allow to steep for 3 to 7 minutes for desired strength. Serve without milk, hot or chilled. Try it with honey or lemon for a different flavour hit.
