White Sage is very similar to the common garden sage and is traditionally used in Smudging by Native Americans making it the perfect addition to purification and cleansing incenses. It can also be used in healing magical workings. The amount supplied in our bags is not enough to make a smudge stick but a good quantity for incense blending and the leaves are crushed to enable us to get more in the bags.
